This stunning 1950s vintage handbag from “Princess Charming by Atlas” is made of vinyl wicker over an rectangular hard shell. It has been sensitively repurposed in colour to a glossy purple which is a beautiful contrast to the lucite.
It closes securely with a lucite and golden twist lock on the top and the base is protected by 4 brass studs. The lucite handles are attached to the body with golden fixtures.
The inside is lined with a hardwearing white vinyl and it has 2 o-en sections and 1 zipped pocket. There are some colour transfer on the inside but it doesn’t detract from functionality at all.
The beautifully arched handles are rigid and sturdy. As practical as it is spectacular and secure.
Excellent condition. Please note this is a vintage item and has been loved, it may show small signs of wear from being over 60 years old.
