This beautiful midi skirt has been made out of a stiffened fabric that is great quality. Blue cotton with white Stars and Stripes of yellow, blue, green and black. The bottom hem has ruffled tiers of contrasting yellow fabric.
It closes with a zip on the left hip. No stretch in the material.
