This truly amazing skirt was made in old West Germany by Hardob and has a primarily polka dot pattern in bold shades of red, yellow, green, pink and blue on a black background.
Each polka dot has multiple wavy shimmering pin stripes and it has a secondary pattern of light-reflecting broken tile mosaic. The skirt closes with a hidden 8" zip on the right hip and has 7" hemsplit on the right.
No stretch in the material and the skirt is fully lined.
