This stunning vintage case handbag is made of vinyl wicker over an rectangular hard shell. It has been sensitively repurposed in colour to a bright blue which is a beautiful contrast to the gold metal handles.
It closes securely with a metal twist lock on the top and the base is protected by 4 brass studs. The handles are gold metal and are hinged and foldable. The lid folds completely back to access the interior.
The inside is lined with a hardwearing cream vinyl. There are some small marks from colour transfer but they don’t detract from functionality at all.
The arched handles are rigid and sturdy. As practical as it is spectacular and secure.
Excellent condition. Please note this is a vintage item and has been loved, it may show small signs of wear from being over 60 years old.
