This wonderfully '80's Crop Top Jacket has a pattern of large polka dots. One half has black polka dots on a white background and on the other side has polka dots in orange, red, green, purple, pink and white on a black background.
The pattern switches sides on the back. It closes with 4 large ornate brass-like buttons. No lining and no stretch in the material.
